Sample Size and Heat Treatment: The sample size ranges from a diameter of greater than 2.0 to 4.0 mm. Our rigorous heat treatment standards include a hot working temperature spanning from 650 to 850ºC. For optimal performance, the annealing temperature is set between 600 and 700ºC. Additionally, low-temperature annealing, ranging from 270 to 300ºC, is employed to efficiently eliminate internal stress.
