Mechanical properties of our exceptional copper scrap wire include a remarkable tensile strength of ≥315, and an impressive elongation rate of ≥30.
Note: These tensile mechanical properties are applicable to wires at room temperature, with the exceptions of those specifically designed for locks and clocks.
Sample size specifications: diameter exceeding 2.0 up to 4.0. Adhering to stringent heat treatment standards, the optimal hot working temperature ranges from 650 to 850ºC, complemented by a suitable annealing temperature. 600 to 700ºC is recommended for effective annealing. For low-temperature annealing to efficiently eliminate internal stress, maintain a range of 270 to 300ºC.
